First, there is a pre-vacuum process which
ensures that larger debris and dust are removed from the surface
layer of the carpet. A professional-grade HEPA vacuum cleaner
is used.
Second, the pre-treat process consists of
applying a 100% bio-degradable, non-toxic detergent application
which is allowed to soak for 10 to 15 minutes. This provides
a deodorizing and neutralizing effect and allows for any ground-in
dirt to loosen itself from the carpet fibers.
Third, the chemical-free professional steam
cleaning process uses hot steam of 120 degrees F to lift away
dirt, dust, bacteria, and any detergent that has been applied.
This method is considered to be one of the most thorough extraction
and deep cleaning methods available.
The last step is an extra measure taken to
remove extra moisture from the carpet. With this process,
over 90% of the moisture is removed, allowing for the carpet
to dry fully within three to four hours.

Teflon application is available as the final step in the cleaning
